The nose is full with notes of slightly ripe yellow fruit, melon and pineapple, which leave room for a candied citrus note in harmony with tracts of mimosa, butter and honey. In the mouth it has good creaminess and final persistence with a very well integrated flavor. Perfect with seafood risotto, grilled octopus tantalus and pork tenderloin.
