Bright gold to the eye. The nose immediately notes of fairly ripe tropical fruit such as pineapple and papaya which alternate with creamy notes and yellow flowers such as chamomile. Full and enveloping in the mouth, it releases a persistent creaminess perfectly integrated with savory notes. Perfect with fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffles, unique with stuffed guinea fowl.
